My experience with Zoho People has been extremely frustrating, particularly when it comes to customer support. I have been trying for more than three months just to get a trial of Zoho People working properly, but the issue still has not been resolved. I contacted support multiple times and spent months going back and forth through email. Instead of receiving a clear solution, I repeatedly had to explain the same problem and follow up for updates. For a potential customer who is simply trying to evaluate the software before making a decision, this level of support is very disappointing. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I was willing to give Zoho People a chance, but spending more than three months trying to resolve a basic trial-related problem is simply unacceptable to me. I hope Zoho improves its support process, communication, and issue-resolution time because customers should not have to repeatedly contact support for months just to get a problem addressed.
