I had a very disappointing experience with WhatsApp. While it's one of the most popular messaging apps, it has become increasingly frustrating to use. Messages sometimes take longer than expected to send, media uploads can be unreliable, and frequent updates often introduce new bugs instead of improving performance. Another major issue with WhatsApp is the growing number of spam messages and scam accounts, which make the platform feel less secure. Customer support is also limited, making it difficult to resolve account-related problems quickly. Privacy concerns and unexpected feature changes have further reduced my confidence in the app.
