I had a very disappointing experience with Fashion Nova. The clothes looked great online, but the quality was far below my expectations. The fabric felt cheap, the sizing was inconsistent, and one item even arrived with loose stitching. Shipping also took longer than expected, and dealing with customer service was frustrating. Returning items wasn't as simple as I hoped, and the store credit policy was inconvenient.
