I am extremely frustrated with the way my recent AliExpress purchase has been handled. I originally attempted to make a large purchase totaling $1,783.62 for multiple items. Instead of treating the purchase as one transaction, the system divided the items into separate orders, each with its own individual order number. This made the situation extremely difficult to track, especially when I needed customer support to review the entire transaction. All I want is a fair resolution: process and return any money owed to me, provide a clear explanation of the status of each order and refund, and help me recover the funds so I can make the purchases I originally intended to make. My first payment attempt was declined because the total amount was too high. I removed a few items from my cart so I could purchase the items I really needed and tried again. During the second attempt, I accidentally selected Google Pay, which displayed a card I did not intend to use. I immediately backed out, but the payment still went through and was later canceled because there were insufficient funds on that card. I then returned to my checkout and selected the correct card. That payment appeared to go through. However, after multiple payment attempts, AliExpress placed my account and payment under additional security verification. I was asked to verify that I owned the account and the card used for the transaction by providing documentation, including a bank statement. I tried to complete the verification within the required 24-hour period. The card I used was a virtual card, so I had to provide screenshots rather than a traditional photograph of the physical card. Unfortunately, when I clicked the verification link and tried to upload the requested documents, the website would not allow me to select or upload the pictures from my device. This was another technical issue that was outside of my control.
